St. Nicholas
DAY EIGHTSo we woke up in Saarbrucken and had a wunnerful German breakfast. Germany is great, the people here are really nice and NOBODY stares at our yellow jacket. After 2 and a half years of waiting, i've finally got a chance to practise my German only to find out that the people here are just as fluent in English as they are in German. How bilingual. Ha! The french have alot to catch up on, bleh -sticks out tongue at them.
After breakfast, we drove to Heiderburg where we found the ruined castle, I don't know its name. It was destroyed during the bombings during WWII.

I'm not sure if you can see that the building has collapsed somewhere infront.

Okay look at the collapsed thingy. Saddening, it was such a beautiful castle.

Hahaha the British like red while the Germans like yellow :D

I don't know whats that.

Oh look ancient herbs!

Up on the castle grounds.

The view from the top, beautiful aye?
Anyway after the castle thingy we drove to another town, Karlsruhe. We found hotel Aviva. It's a really new hotel and is actually damn high class. But my mum managed to get a good discount since we are their VERY FIRST customer. wow right? I loved that hotel the most. They provided free nail files! Which I didn't know how to use, but whatever.

Two single beds which my brother, sister and I slept on.

My parents bed.

Okay I forgot to rotate the picture again. Look! They provided a microwave oven so we can microwave food if we want.
So then we had Macdonalds for dinner again. And then we came back to the hotel while my parents went to drive around in search for a launderette. Here's what you get when the big brother takes too long to bathe and leaves two sisters in the room with a camera whilst they wait for him to get out of the bathroom.

Playing with the camera timer.

Siao.

My neck is too long for my head dontcha think?
